I don’t really have the skills for these types of lunches, but I do pre-pack baggies with snack choices in the fridge and then let the kids grab what they like in the morning. I found my picky eaters are more likely to eat if they chose the options!

Our oldest is a 5th grader this year and now going to the “big school.” I’ve always packed his lunch in the past and we thought we’d give school lunch a try this year (the menu looked decent) and withing 2 days he announced there “wasn’t enough food” and “you pack a better lunch anyway, Mom” 🙂
