Karen from She’s Gone Digital and I on the plane heading from Vancouver to Toronto to see JAMIE OLIVER(!!!), visit with clients and attend Blissdom.
Did I mention to all of you that I was in the same room as JAMIE OLIVER (!!!) a couple of weeks ago? Yep, it’s true. My good friend Karen and I headed to Toronto at the end of September to visit clients and attend Blissdom. It turned out that The Marilyn Denis Show had Jamie Oliver on the show as a special guest while we were there and Karen and I were able to snag two seats in the audience!
Our first morning in Toronto had a very early morning wakeup call. It was so worth it though. We went to see Jamie Oliver at the Marilyn Denis show. We were up at 5 am Toronto time which is 2 am Vancouver time.

Unfortunately, this is as close to a photo of Jamie Oliver as I got. No photos allowed once filming starts. Bummer. One word to describe Jamie? Dreamy.
The other women in the audience (along with a few men) were just as excited to see Jamie as we were. There was tons of whispering in the holding room, wondering who would get the best seats.

The show was spectacular, Marilyn was hilarious, Debbie Travis was delightful and Jamie Oliver… Oh my goodness that man is oh so charming! He seemed very genuine, was so appreciative of everyone in the audience and he exuded charisma (but not in an overly creepy way. More like you just wanted to bask in his presence.) Alas, the show has a “no photographs” rule so we weren’t able to take a photo of Jamie…
But he truly is just as dreamy in real life as he is on his shows. Being in a room with Jamie Oliver was definitely a highlight of the trip.
Yes, he is just as handsome and charming in real life as he appears on TV, maybe even more so. I once again am crushing on Jamie Oliver
