A few weeks ago I came home to find a travel sized packet of Cottonelle Flushable Cleansing Cloths with our newspaper. I immediately took notice. Turtle is still in diapers and I have found it’s really difficult to find flushable wipes. Flushing a wipe makes so much more sense to me than throwing it in the garbage.
I ended up talking about the Cottonelle Flushable Cleansing Cloths to a few of the neighbors who ended up giving me their samples as well. I put one in the diaper bag, one in my purse and the other into my craft room. “The craft room?” you ask. Absolutely.
In this house we like to get dirty. I find that there is not better way to let creativity flow than to not worry about getting messy. If you need proof of this, just look at the pictures of me after the Splatter Party I went to last month. I wish I had a package of Cottonelle Flushable Wipes in my purse then to clean up with.
Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. Cottonelle contacted me and asked if I would be interested in reviewing their cleansing cloths. Absolutely. I know how well Cottonelle products work. We’ve been using their toilet paper for years and with their new cleansing cloths a two step, wet/dry cleansing routine makes perfect sense. However I wanted to REALLY put Cottonelle to the test with a messy afternoon of finger painting with Bean.
I got Bean all set up at our dining room table. I set out a piece of paper for her to paint on and *GASP* no newspaper underneath.
Oh no! Who is going to clean up this mess? Is Cottonelle up for the challenge?
Bean got started with her hands…
And I got started with the table. And the results???
Cottonelle Flushable Cleansing Cloths got the job done (and smelled really good too!)
I would highly recommend Cottonelle Flushable Cleansing Cloths to all my readers, both for their traditional bathroom cleansing purposes and for cleaning up after messy kids activities like finger painting, playing with play dough and making cookies. I also really love the dispenser, which has a moisture lock seal to keep the cleansing cloths moist. There is nothing worse then a dried out wipe.
A message from Cottonelle: “The concept is simple. Cleaning anything tends to include a wet and a dry element. It just makes sense! So shouldn’t your bathroom routine be the same? By combining Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths and Cottonelle toilet paper, you’ll experience a new kind of clean that you’re sure to love!”
