Caramel Apple No Bake Energy Bites Recipe- Nut Free, School Friendly!

Serves: 12-14 energy balls
  • 1 cup crushed Martin’s Apple Chips (1- 2.2 oz bag)
  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 cup puffed brown rice
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin seed protein powder
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey
  1. Put Martin’s Apple Chips in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they are crushed into small pieces.
  2. Put Martin’s Apple Chips, puffed brown rice and protein powder into a bowl and stir together.
  3. Fold in sunflower seed butter and stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Taste the mixture and if you would like added sweetness stir in honey.
  5. Roll mixture into ping pong ball sized energy bites.
