Orange bakery emulsion is sold at most bulk food stores or bakery supply stores. I use Lor Ann Orange Emulsion. You can use orange extract in its place too!

An inspiration to buy, not bake one with whipped cream And topped with fresh sliced peaches– yummy for a summer dessert! My mother make angel food cake every Saturday morning for dessert at Sunday’s dinner — during strawberry season. We had a large strawberry patch and these bright red berries were so lucious!
