Happy Wonderfully Creative Wednesdays everyone! I’ve had an absolutely SLAMMED last two weeks. Two weeks ago I was at SNAP Conference in Salt Lake City, getting my crafty blogginess on with 500 other creative living bloggers. Then last week I was at sales conference for my day job as a children’s book publicist. Needless to say, two weeks of being away from The Hubs and the little ones had them missing me. I’m playing mommy catch up now with lots of hugs, cuddles, home cooked meals and quality time.
On Saturday I was extremely lucky to be able to attend the Canadian launch of the Vancouver American Girl doll store. I’m writing an article about it for Yoyomama and will share a link, along with more info about my morning once my post on Yoyomama goes live. In the meantime here is a photo of Bean and I with her new American Girl doll named Robyn Ryleigh after a pair of country music sisters, Robyn and Ryleigh, that we met before Christmas and who Bean was absolutely smitten by. You can see more pictures of our fun at the American Girl launch on the Sew Creative Instagram page. While you’re there, why not give us a follow?

I hope you had a blast – and how special! Oh, I remember the days of Chloe and her American Girls Dolls! She loved them!! And our annual NYC trip was never complete without a trip to the store! She still remembers her special days of eating with the dolls and being a covergirl on the magazine!! I don’t think she realizes that American Girls is what inspired her to read! But I certainly recall with fondness! Enjoy these days 🙂

Hi Kim,
Chloe was the covergirl on and American Girl Magazine!?!?!? I think that deserves a Throw Back Thursday! If you do it make sure you tag me in it. 🙂
Big hugs to you and Chloe! Thanks for visiting.
