I have spent the past 6 months watching everything that I eat, partly to get my weight to a healthier place but also because my sister was getting married and I wanted to look good in my matron of honor dress! The wedding happened over the weekend and I’m ready to indulge a bit, but without going crazy. That’s why I love today’s HCF Recipe of the Day!
Today we’re sharing Becky from Project Domestication’s Mini Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe! These cookies look so good that I’m drooling!
3 things that I love about this recipe:
1. The cookies are itty bitty (just 1 1/2 inches across) so they aren’t as calorie heavy.
2. You bake the cookies at a high heat (500 degrees) and they take just 4 minutes to bake up!
3. Becky’s husband Adam developed this recipe! I think it’s so great to see a husband developing recipes for his wife’s blog.
Head on over to Project Domestication to get the full recipe for Adam’s Mini Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies.
