I have 2 kids and we are still debating about having a third. You are so fortunate that yours are good sleepers. That is the major thing that makes us unsure about a third. Last night, for example, we were up from midnight till 5 am with our youngest. Milestones are hard to pick. I am loving all the stages we are progressing through in ways (that being said, our oldest is in the midst of the terrible/terrific twos and the tantrums I could do without). My youngest is turning one this week and is just starting to walk. That is a pretty special milestone. The longest she's gone so far is seven steps and it's increasing fast! Love your pics by the way.
