I love food. I also love to cook. Cooking is usually a family affair in our house. Often the kids are at the kitchen table having an “after school” snack, The Hubs preps for me and entertains the kids while I boss him around direct and cook. Recently The Hubs schedule has changed and he’s been working a lot of evenings and weekends. I’ll be honest… it sucks. I miss having our family time and many nights the idea of getting dinner made and on the table seems daunting, especially when I’m tired from being at work all day and the kids are screaming tugging on my legs and wanting my attention.
I feel like I need a bit of inspiration to get me back in “I love to cook” mode so today I decided to hunt through the Wonderfully Creative Wednesday links, visit some of my favorite blogs, sort through Pinterest and get my cooking groove back. After I made my list I realized it’s pretty sandwich heavy… I must be craving the comfort of sandwiches.

That Hawaiian pulled pork panini looked delicious. I love paninis though…I could eat them every week. We do pretty much, during soccer season at least. I love trying new recipes!
