Caramel Apple No Bake Energy Bites Recipe- Nut Free, School Friendly!

Servings: 12 -14 energy balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed Martin’s Apple Chips 1- 2.2 oz bag
  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 cup puffed brown rice
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin seed protein powder
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Put Martin’s Apple Chips in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they are crushed into small pieces.
  • Put Martin’s Apple Chips, puffed brown rice and protein powder into a bowl and stir together.
  • Fold in sunflower seed butter and stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Taste the mixture and if you would like added sweetness stir in honey.
  • Roll mixture into ping pong ball sized energy bites.
