The Best Quick and Easy Apple Pie Egg Rolls Recipe
This delicious comfort food tastes just like a slice of apple pie with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. These quick and easy apple pie egg rolls are one of the best family friendly recipes and can be enjoyed for breakfast, snack time or dessert!

Servings: 10 Apple Pie Egg Rolls
- 1 20- ounce can apple pie filling (or fresh apple pie filling-- see instructions above)
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon clove
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
Turn the egg roll wrapper sideways, with one corner pointing down. Place a small amount of apple pie filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
Pull the bottom corner of the wrapper over the top of the apple pie filling.
Fold in each side corner toward the center of the wrapper.
Roll the center of the egg roll up toward the top corner. Wet a finger and rub it on the top corner, then fold it over to seal.
Place each egg roll on the prepared baking sheet, then brush the tops of the egg rolls with vegetable oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, flipping the egg rolls hallway through the cook time.
Allow the egg rolls to cool slightly. Combine the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top of the egg rolls before serving. See alternate topping ideas below.
