Easy 2 Ingredient Healthy "Jello" Recipe

Note: This recipe has a simple one to one ratio and can be easily adjusted to however much you want to make. For every 1 cup of liquid you want to use 1 tablespoon of gelatin. So for example 2 cups of juice would have 2 tablespoons of gelatin, 3 cups of juice would have 3 tablespoons of gelatin and so on and so forth. :)

  • 4 cups of juice of your choice some of our favorites include pomegranate juice, fresh pressed apple cider and berry juice
  • 4 tablespoons high quality grass fed gelatin We use Great Lakes Beef Gelatin but have also heard good things about Vital Proteins Gelatin. See links above.


  • In a saucepan combine juice and gelatin. Whisk together.
  • Over medium heat bring mixture to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Pour mixture into a glass dish, cups, molds or however you want to let your jello set. Carefully place in refrigerator and allow to chill and solidify for 2 hours.
