Kale, Apple, Ginger Juice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 thumb of ginger

Instructions

  • Prepare your fruit and veggies by washing all produce, quartering apple, removing the skin from the lemon and peeling your ginger.
  • Put apple, lemon, kale and ginger through the juicer.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
