Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Pops

  • 1 cup cashew milk or almond, milk, coconut
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup blueberries


  • In a blender combine the milk, cream cheese and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  • Layer the cream cheese mixture and the whole blueberries in the pop mold, or you can blend it all together. I did both as I'm not sure if my toddler will like the whole blueberries or not.
  • Freeze for 4-6 hours and enjoy!
