Minute Rice® Chicken Vegetable Rice Crunch Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 Minute Rice® Ready to Serve Cup – Vegetable Medley
  • 3/4 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 tbsps cucumber yogurt dressing tzatziki works as well
  • Chopped Walnuts about a handful
  • Shredded romaine lettuce
  • Additional vegetables of choice radishes, purple onion, carrot, bell peppers
  • Whole Wheat Pita bread

Instructions

  • Heat Minute Rice®® Ready to Serve Cup – Vegetable Medley in microwave, per package instructions.
  • Transfer to bowl, and add cooked shredded chicken and ranch dressing.
  • Stir in chopped nuts, sliced celery, sliced radish and shredded lettuce.
  • Stuff into pita halves
