Monday we had a cut file that said “I Am Essential” for all of the essential people in your life. Tuesday we had 15 free Hot Mess Moms cut files from my #TotallyFreeSVG crew including my own “Thankful, Blessed But Still A Hot Mess. Wednesday we had “Essential Worker- Stay Home Because I Can’t“.

That brings us to Thursday! Today I decided to do a playful design. I’ve been telling my husband for the last month that I bet we are in for a new hairstyle trend to pop up any day now.

My hubby shaved his head for years, and I just convinced him 6 months ago to start growing his hair out. He got a hair cut a couple of weeks before social distancing measures went into effect, but we’re into week 7 now, and boy is he overdue for a haircut! My son is also in need of a haircut. The two of them are rocking shaggy mop head looks! I keep telling my husband to just go with it because I don’t want him to start shaving his head again!

My daughter and I got our hair cut in January, and while we aren’t as desperate for a haircut as the boys are, we seem to be wearing quite a few ponytails, and just rolled out of bed hairstyles. With nowhere to go, and no one to see, it seems kind of pointless to blow dry, flat iron or curl our hair.

Yep we are rocking the “Quarantine Hair” look, so for today’s cut file I decided to create a Quarantine Hair Don’t Care cut file!

I kind of feel like putting this design on just about everything, so that if I do happen to see people they know that I am purposefully rocking this carefree hairstyle… I’m not just a hot mess. LOL. Plus it makes me feel just a little bit better about my look.
