This morning, Bean and I were on That Talk Show talking about fun kids crafts for summer. We shared 4 projects from Hello Creative Family that Bean adores. We had so much fun hanging out with Bianca and Peter and helping them “get their craft on”!
Most of us end up spending more time with our kiddos during the summer months than during the rest of the year. School is off, most of us take a summer vacation at some point, the days are longer, and kids are looking for things to keep them occupied. Getting outside, chasing after a ball, going for walks and being active is very, very important for your body, but just importantly being creative is really, really good for your children’s minds!
Additionally, kids who watch their parents pursue their own creative activities are much more likely to be creative themselves. So come on mom and dad! Push up your sleeves, get a little bit messy and get your craft on!
