Looking for an Easter dessert idea? This Easter Cookie Dip Recipe is a sweet Easter treat that kids will love! Made with Cadbury Mini Eggs!
Hi Crafty Friends! With everything that is going on in the world, the way I parent my kids has been front and center of my mind lately.
I want my kids to be knowledgable about what is going on in the world. I want them to feel empathy for people who are suffering. I want them to feel gratitude for the position that we are in as a family, because really we are so blessed. I want them to feel safe, secure and appreciative of the fact that we are together and healthy.
Some of you probably know that I was born and raised in the US and now live in Canada. My family is still in the US. With the borders being shut down for non-essential traffic this is the first time in 21 years that I haven’t been able to get “home” if I needed to.
This is also the first year that we won’t be celebrating Easter with my family, so we are doing our best to try to make Easter special for the kids in other ways.
We will make some new traditions this year, indulge in some ways that we might not have indulged in the past and try to have a whole heck of a lot of fun, not focusing on the things we can’t do, but instead focusing on the things we can.
A couple of weeks ago I shared a recipe for Easter Bunny Bum Cupcakes, today I’m sharing a recipe for another yummy, sweet Easter treat– an Dessert Easter Cookie Dip!
