DIY Santa Snack Plate Made With The Cricut
Make a special snack just for Santa with this adorable Santa Snack Plate cut file! Cut vinyl with your Cricut using our free cut file and apply it to a plate, a slate round or a wooden cutting board!
Instructions
- Upload our Dear Santa Snack Plate Cut File to Cricut Design Space.
- Measure the surface that you will be putting your vinyl onto. Size the design accordingly. Click Make and cut your vinyl following the prompts on your screen.
- Weed each color of vinyl, removing the extra vinyl from around your design, leaving just the design behind on the white paper backing.
- Use transfer tape to transfer your design from the white paper backing to the snack plate. We suggest doing this one element at a time. Cut a piece of transfer tape slightly larger than the largest piece. Peel away the backing of the transfer tape and lay the tape on top of your design. Use your scraper tool to rub over top, making sure the vinyl sticks to the transfer tape. Slowly lift the transfer tape from the vinyl paper backing making sure the design is attached to the transfer tape. Lay the transfer tape where you would like the design on the transfer tape. Use your scraper tool again to rub over top of the transfer tape, making sure your vinyl sticks to your plate. Slowly lift away the transfer tape leaving your vinyl design behind.
- Leave your plate for 48 hours before washing to make sure that the vinyl cures. We recommend washing your plate by hand for the longevity of the vinyl design.

- Dear Santa Snack Plate SVG File (Fill out the form above and we'll send it straight to your inbox)

I would like to make the santa plate-my daughter would love it!
The Santa plate is super cute! And the merry and bright mug – who can’t use another mug?!?
I’d love to try the Santa plate!
I can’t wait to try the santa plate!
I’d like to try the snack plate for my great grandkids
I would like to start with the plant lover mugs. So many people have been planting gardens lately, but people in apartments have more difficulty. I could make the mugs and give them to people with limited space with a kitchen herb already planted in the mug. If the recipient has a green thumb it will thrive. If they have a black thumb, at least they will still have the mugs.
Id like to try the reindeer ornament. Enjoy your day! angielovesgary2 atgmail dotcom
I’d love to try the foil plant art.
I’d love to make earrings! Those would be so fun to make in a bunch of different colors!
I would love to start with the “Thankful Mama”, one for me and my daughter, also the Santa Mason Jars and the Buffalo Plaid Earrings. Love them all!!! Have a wonderful day!!!
I would like to make several of these trays for neighbor gifts but have some questions. Should I seal the wooden tray before adding the vinyl or seal it after? Also, do you think it is still safe to hand wash/submerge this?
I’d love to try the “Baby it’s Cold Outside Scarf Girl” ! That is sooooooo cute!!!
I think I’d first like to try to make the customized candles and the Santa plate. They’d make great gifts.
I like to make pack of Cricut cards for gifts.
I love the “Thankful Mama”! Going to make one for myself and my daughter. Also trying the Santa Mason Jars and Buffalo Plaid Earrings. Love them all!!! Have a wonderful day!!!
I love the plate! So adorable!
I would love to do the Santa Plate, my grandson is having his first Christmas with us and I know he will love doing this with me.
Hi there. I wish I could make the Santa plate but this is the first Christmas were my 8 and 5 year old don’t believe in Santa anymore (thanks to big cousins) so they said no. I really like the gift tags though, those are my favorite part when it comes to wrapping gifts. Good luck every one may the odds be ever in our favor.
I would love to try making the reindeer ornament! Soo cute!
I would like to try several LOL, but the Santa board is my favorite to try!
I’m going to make the Santa Snack Plate first. My two granddaughters will love it. I’m excited about the other cool projects too!
