Hi crafty friends! The new year is going to be upon us before we know it, and with a new year comes New Year’s resolutions!

One of the most popular new year’s resolutions is usually to “work out more”, or “lose weight”.

I’m an eating disorder survivor and I find I have to be very careful with how I frame resolutions that have to do with my physical appearance.

For me, I find resolutions that don’t have to do with my weight or appearance are better for my mental health.

I tend to prefer resolutions like:

  • Get strong
  • Tone up
  • Lift heavy things
  • Move more

I decided to use that feeling while creating today’s free SVG file.

Strong Is The New Beautiful SVG

I decided to create an SVG file that reads Strong Is The New Beautiful.

I love the idea of setting non scale goals that have nothing to do with appearance and everything to do with strength and health.
I think this design would look great on a t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt or tank top to wear to the gym.

It would also be a great design to put on your water bottle or mug.

My Cricut Facebook group got a sneak peek of this design! Hop on over to Facebook and join us in the fun!
