We decided to end this year’s Hello Creative Family Holiday Gift Guide series with holiday gift ideas for creative women. We’ll be honest… these are all gifts that we would LOVE to receive, and we feel really great about giving them too. As we write this post we keep on having “These are a few of my favorite things…” from The Sound of Music running through our heads.
Oh mamas, we wish that we could give each of you fabulous readers one of each of the things on this list, we imagine ourselves doing our best Oprah impression “You get a Cricut Explore, and you get a Cricut Explore! You get a box of DAVIDsTEA! And you get an embroidery kit from I Heart Stitch Heart!” Alas, we are not Oprah, but 3 of you will end up with AMAZING gifts from this list.
We highly suggest that you leave this screen open on your computer so that your husband “happens” to stumble upon it, Pin it to your shared board with your husband, print it off and circle your favorites and perhaps, most importantly, give some of these amazing gifts to the most wonderful, creative women in your life!
Read on for our favorite gift ideas for creative women and for some incredible GIVEAWAYS at the end!
Holiday Gift Ideas for Creative Women
Crystal has been bouncing up and down with excitement since she heard from Cricut that they wanted to be involved in the gift guide. And now she can finally share the news! We’re giving away a Cricut Explore with a blue tooth adaptor!!!
Crystal was recently asked what her favorite crafting supply or tool was. The answer came to her immediately, really, it was a no brainer! Her Cricut Explore!
A Cricut is the one piece of equipment that ANYONE that is crafty would have a use for. With the print and cut technology you can use it to create cards, to cut fabric, to make iron on appliques for shirts, to make stencils, to make window clings, to make vinyl decals for your walls or car, to make labels for canning, to make gift tags, to create a pattern for glass etching… Really the possibilities are ENDLESS.
Crystal’s Cricut Explore got a definite workout this past year with her sister’s wedding. They used the Cricut Explore to make all of the table names, seating assignment cards, gift tags, labels for shower gifts and more! Whether you want to create your own images and upload them to the machine, or pick from the thousands of images in Design Space, whether you want to use the fonts on your computer or use the beautiful fonts that Cricut provides… A crafty person will never run out of ideas of what to make using their Cricut.
Here are a few of the projects that Crystal has created on her Cricut Explore:
Mr and Mrs Rudolph Hand Towels
Paper Wedding Bouquet and Flower Girl Barrettes
Make sure to read all the way to the end for your chance to win a Cricut Explore One in Vintage Navy like pictured above AND a Bluetooth Adaptor!
