All the flavor of campfire smores without going camping! This No Bake Smores Recipe is a quick and easy, delicious dessert idea that can be made at home in minutes!
Hi Creative Friends!
This July is a weird one for me. Normally we would be off camping right now and be spending our days hiking, swimming, bbqing and eating smores. Unfortunately our camping trips we had planned were in Washington state and with the border between Canada and the US being closed our camping trips have had to be cancelled.
With everyone sticking close to home, BC camping spots are hard to score right now so we are have no camping trips planned at the moment. I’m living vicariously through friends and their awesome camping photos on Facebook and Instagram and doing everything I can to bring the camping spirit to life at home!
We have met friends at our local park for epic bocci ball tournaments (our favorite camping sport), we have done nature walks where we do camping scavenger hunts, and my kids have had so much fun with all of the camping printables from our camping printable blog hop last week, including my camping activity placemat.
My family has also been making a point of making a recipe or two each week that we enjoy when we are camping like scrambled egg croissant sandwiches, foil packed potatoes and smores!
Today I’m going to share with you my super quick and easy recipe (really can it even be called a recipe) for making No Bake Smores! No campfire needed for these bad boys!
Your family is going to LOVE them! Enjoy them sitting out on your patio for the ultimate outdoor experience. 😉

Missing the toasty taste in these smores? Stick the bottom graham cracker and marshmallow fluff under the broiler for a minute before adding the second graham cracker and chocolate drizzle, or use a kitchen torch to caramelize your marshmallow fluff!
